Hi there! Welcome to Indie Hair Co! My name is Ashley Parsley and I’ve been in the hair industry for almost 10 years. I have had an amazing, whirlwind career over the last decade and have found my niche in extensions and all kinds of foil work - from traditional highlights to lived-in looks and everything in between! My passion for the industry grows every year, and I strive to give my clients the very best. In 2018 I was selected as an educator with Master of Balayage and spent the next two years traveling the country and teaching other stylists the newest trends and techniques in hair color. I fell in love with educating and continued training apprentices and new talent stylists at my previous salons. I moved to Richmond in early 2022 from Northern Virginia. My wife and I got married later that year and we recently welcomed our sweet little girl, River, to the world. Outside of the salon, I spend my time with them, my two favorite people, and our three dogs. I can’t wait to meet you and give you the hair of your dreams!
